I specialize in GLP-1 weight loss support, helping people not just lose weight—but feel nourished, energized, and confident in their bodies. As a proud Latina from the Dominican Republic, my mission is to guide my community in breaking cultural cycles around food, health, and self-sacrifice. I grew up in a culture where caring for others often meant ignoring yourself. Like many women, I was taught to put everyone else first, even if it meant abandoning my own needs. Over time, this created a disconnect between my emotions, my body, and my health. I didn’t just struggle with food—I struggled to feel good in my own skin.That’s where my healing began. Through Core Energetics, I learned to reconnect with my body, and through nutrition coaching, I discovered how food, movement, and mindset work together to create lasting change. I combined both approaches to support my own 40+ pound weight loss using GLP-1 medication—without restriction, guilt, or shame.Today, I help others do the same. I use a trauma-informed, body-aware approach to weight loss, combining emotional healing with science-backed nutrition and GLP-1 support.
